I would consider myself to be fairly computer literate, certainly in the everyday stuff of word processing, email, web searching etc, but there are things which, when people have tried to explain them to me, have caused me to glaze over because, frankly, what 'goes on behind the scenes' on a computer is about as compelling as beige. Already today, I have learned something and I will continue to read your blog. Thank you for the aimplicity of the explanation and the clarity of the writing. I love the way this is written.
